Privacy Policy — Sombré

1. Data we do not collect

Sombré does not create accounts. We do not ask for your name, email, or location. Settings (duration, brightness, wake time) stay only on your phone.

2. Ads (free version)

If you have not purchased Sombré Pro, the app shows a banner via Google AdMob. Google may then process technical data (advertising ID, IP address, device info) to serve and measure ads, including personalized ads if you consent. In the European Union, a consent form appears before personalized ads. You can also limit ad tracking in Android settings.

3. Purchases

Sombré Pro is purchased through Google Play. Payment is handled by Google, not by Sombré. We only receive confirmation that the purchase was completed.

4. Permissions

• Modify system settings: to lower or raise brightness.
• Notifications: to keep the fade running in the background.
• Exact alarms: to trigger wake-up at the chosen time.
• Accessibility: only to lock the screen at the end of sleep fade, if you enable that option. Sombré does not read other apps’ content.
• Internet: for ads and purchase verification.

5. Retention

Settings stay on the device until uninstall. Ad-related data follows Google AdMob’s policy.

6. Children

Sombré is not intended for children under 16.
